As Salam and Hi
Kita ignore the CME, CNE but lets dicuss how to make nursing more respected profession in Malaysia. We need to focus how WE (THE nursing community) can improve nursing through research, how to do research in big scale at Lembaga level. No I no uniform, no key chain no shoes but NURSING. We are so far behind even with our neighbor, Thailand despite the degree, Master, PhD we are no where near professonalism. How MASTER are our Master students (sincerely) and how PhD is our PhD. NOT ALL some are good in fact excellent. But the good and excellence cannot go for the lack of professionalism and for the I and ME factor. Tidak menghina just to ingatkan ourself that we are long way to go. REMOVE ME and I from our vacobulary and start to use WE Nursing community.
