Ways to reduce stress

Stress adalah salah satu masalah kesihatan serata dunia. Banyak faktor menyebabkan dari type of personality, environment, society and more.

And there are many and easy ways too reduces.

I am taking one example- car accidents and handling repair.

It takes, so many people from so many places and need extended times (in Malaysia of course dari polis, JPJ, insurance company, repair center.

This is the experiences (not in Malaysia). Accident happened on 22/5/13

A friend of mine car was knocked by when her car parked. Both parties agree to settle (no polis involved)
Both parties call the insurance company explain the situation
Car send to repair shop suggested by insurance companies WITHIN THE SAME DAY 22/5/2013
REPLACED CAR GIVEN TO BOTH PARTIES
on 28/5 repaired shop informed car beyond repair.
Insurance company paid money on 28/5.

DONE within ONE Week. It is not stree free situation.
