Stress adalah salah satu masalah kesihatan serata dunia. Banyak faktor menyebabkan dari type of personality, environment, society and more.
And there are many and easy ways too reduces.
I am taking one example- car accidents and handling repair.
It takes, so many people from so many places and need extended times (in Malaysia of course dari polis, JPJ, insurance company, repair center.
This is the experiences (not in Malaysia). Accident happened on 22/5/13
A friend of mine car was knocked by when her car parked. Both parties agree to settle (no polis involved)
Both parties call the insurance company explain the situation
Car send to repair shop suggested by insurance companies WITHIN THE SAME DAY 22/5/2013
REPLACED CAR GIVEN TO BOTH PARTIES
on 28/5 repaired shop informed car beyond repair.
Insurance company paid money on 28/5.
DONE within ONE Week. It is not stree free situation.

Accident because of a CAT
As Salam and Hi
Mengalami atau involve dengan accident memberi reaction yan berbeza. Today a friend of mind was involved in an accident. Not on the road but while parking on the roadside, correctly parking.
We we all in the house waiting to complet a korum for weekly Kelas agama. A lasr member came in the house asking who car was it that was involved with accident, thinking that the accident might had happened way back. The owner of the said, her car is fine so we all (6 ladies) went out. I think he was panic what will these Muslim women (all were in Hijab) will do to him
We saw a young man who knocked the car was writing the note-putting his name, home number, mobile number and apology. He was on the way to university and he was avoiding a cat making his car sweyed away. He was pale and panic
The owner of the car, said DO NOT WORRY, THINGS HAPPENED FOR A REASON. I AM GLAD YOUR ARE OKEY and I WILL BE upset if you ran away.
They exchanged infomation and went he went to University.
Just to let you know this is not in Malaysia.
Few Lessons
1. Things happen for reason. Thankfull that it happen to the car and no one get injured
2. Be nice and honest when you made mistake (both parties)
3. It tells non Muslim that Muslim are nice people and it is a form of Dakwah
What will we do if it is happen in Malaysia. Bagaimana reaction kita

Buku
As Salam and Hi
hari ini, saya tamat membaca buku yang memberi pengajaran. Cerita benar. Orang cakap do not do what the Arab. The Arab I am referring is n the book that I read is from Saudi. The book is about the Royal family. and the same with other Arab from other Middle Eastern countries. They are not all that good (NOT ALL, Okey) do just be careful when you are away from home.
The book' title is DESERT ROYAL by Rean Sasson.
Read it if you have a chance.

Today I am very happy. Dolat berimamkan mualaf. Chinese revert and white revert. Tertusuk hati dengar azan dan bacaan ayat suci- alfatihah dan kursi.
Ini lah kecantikan Islam. Terserlah bila di luar negara. The reveret membantu mengajar tentanng Islam antara satu sama lain kerana mereka lebih memahami each other. No judgement no negative talk or body language.
I am grateful. Alhamdullilah

Morib talk
As Salam and hi
Pada 17/4 dan 18/8 berkunjong ke Morib Kuala Langat untuk tugasa kerja
Bercakap dengan guru guru agama mengenai kesihatan. Menyeronokan kerana merasa diri diperlukan. Bila memperkenalkan diri, saya dengan bangga memberitahu hadirin yang saya sorang jururawat
Tempat tinggal menarik tapi layannya kurang. Minta bilik tak merokok, bagi bilik merokok, Bila di tanya, jawapan di beri, "dah cakap jangan merokok". kalau tak benar merokok, pastikan ianya benar-benar pastikan. Tempat rokok and mancis ada, menunjunkan tiada implementasi, cakap saja. Order makan, minta lain, dengan ambil order bertulis tetapi bila sampai makanan lain
Tukang masak bila di minta (tak ramai perkerja Malaysia) sesuatu bukan saja lambat, berleter pula dia. Who cares about your problem. I paid for the service give lah service. nak Iron kena datang kat reception ambil sendiri. Toilet paper keras macam daun
Apa lah, duit ambil tetapi service, OMG

Kecuaian
As salam and Hi
Semalam pergi jumpa doktor kat klinik kesihatan Shah Alam. overall the service is okey until nak ambil jumpa doctor dan seterusnya ambil ubat. I told the doctor the name of medication that I got from the clinic. First response
1. Ubat tu tak ada kat sini, munkin you are wrong
2. I told her again and again I took the medication in that clinic. And I also told her that the medication can only be obtained when pakar signed the prescription. The pakar happened to be in so I got the prescription. On the way out, I was looking at the prescription and it was not my name. So I went to the doctor and it happened the file where she wrote my complain was not mind.
3. She did not look at her patient name. The mistake was made by the clerk who registered me.
4. The name on the prescription was changed but the pharmacy tak tahu what the dr wrote. So I have to tell the pharmacy my correct name
5. The attendance card was also given to me and the date on the care was 2/4 when the actual date was 12/4. I believed all the patients that registered was getting the same date on the attendance card because it was not hand written but stamp
Hi apa nak jadi. terlalu cuai. Itu lah penting nya kita address all our patient by name when we see them.
p/s Dalam semua kecuaian saya bertuah kerana brjumpa pemain badminton negara ABD Rahman satu geng dengan Punch Gunalan
